How do we use data?
We use Platform Data to enable clients to send and receive WhatsApp messages with their beneficiaries and stakeholders, manage conversations, and deliver services such as assistance notifications, appointment reminders, case follow-ups, and short feedback/satisfaction surveys.
Usage Objectives
Platform Data is used only to route messages, display conversation history for the client’s authorized staff, and generate basic service delivery logs (e.g., message status and timestamps) needed for accountability and reporting. Clients use the service through our dashboard to communicate with their contacts and review their own records.
Protection & Privacy
We do not sell or share Platform Data with third parties. All data is handled with high security, with access limited only to the client’s authorized users, subject to the client’s consent and data retention policies.

- Isolated Space: Each Entity has its own isolated data space — no other entity can view or edit it.
- Authorized Access Only: Only your authorized users can access your beneficiaries and reports.
- Encryption: End-to-end encryption protects all data in storage and during transfer.
- Audit Log: Every action (login, update, export) is recorded in an immutable audit log.
- No Access: Even the Tarabot team cannot view your data — we only see system health, not your records.
- Privacy by Design: Tarabot’s data handling follows GDPR principles, including consent, purpose limitation, and right to erasure.
- Export Freedom: You can export, back up, or delete your data at any time.
- Ownership: In Tarabot, data ownership stays 100% with the Entity —we provide the platform, not access to your information.
